*Between Nigeria and Trinidad and Tobago: Symbiotic Bilateral relations with the Conferment of a Chieftaincy Title on the Trinidadian High Commissioner in Epe, Lagos unveils*

It is obvious good  things are coming from the black race.

Many are passionate about the unity of the global black race but a few are playing the role of catalyst in the present renaissance of a united movement of all black races in a bid to forge a common front in seeing a prosperous people united by a common source. 


As a result of the unity, one heart-shaking event is about to unfold at Ilara-Epe, Lagos State. 

Come Thursday 13th  and Friday 14 July 2023, lots of high profile personalities will storm the Centre of Excellence, Lagos State to witness the official signing of a Memorandum of Understanding sealing the strenthening of Bilateral Relations, Mutual Friendship and Understanding between Ilara-Epe Kingdom, Lagos State and Trinidad and Tobago, the Caribbean.

This landmark and historic event will feature the traditional ceremonial conferment of the Honorary Chieftaincy Title of *AARE ATUNLUTO OF ILARA KINGDOM* on His  Excellency, Mr. Wendell De Landro,  the High Commissioner of Trinidad and Tobago to Nigeria by HRM Oba Kabiyesi Olufolarin Olukayode Ogunsanwo (Telade IV) Alara of Ilara Kingdom, Epe, Lagos State.

Activities are already in the top gear to make the event glamorous, with celebrities beckoned to grace the occasion.

The relationship will also give room for bilateral cultural exchange. Findings have revealed that Africaribbean cultural display will also be presented in order to feature a dramatic representation of the commonality in interests, culture and tradition, including lifestyle between Nigeria, West Africa and the Africa Continent,  (on the one hand) and Trinidad and Tobago and the Caribbean region (on the other hand).

The Coordinator of the Programme  Hon. Consul Designate Rotimi Vaughan and Leadership of the Conferment Planning and Implementation Committee, Mr. Rotimi Otedola have indicated that all is set for this great event in order to make the event memorable  in bringing Africa and the Caribbean together in unity: the AFRICARIBBEAN MOVEMENT.
