BUILDING COLLAPSE IN BANANA ISLAND, LAGOS

A seven storey building collapses in Banana Island, Lagos State, Nigeria. The building gave way while casting was ongoing on site.


Some people have been rescued while the emergency workers are still in thorough search for more people under the rubbles.

 The PS, LASEMA, Osanyintolu was quoted as saying that, there are no casualties.

Lagos State government has given a directive to investigate and also probe the incident to know the cause and profer solutions to avert subsequent occurrence.
