FEDERAL HIGH COURT REMANDS IKUFORIJI








 The Federal High Court in Lagos have remanded the BALOGUN of Epe, Chief Olajide Ikuforiji.

Ikuforiji is facing a charge of forgery and had once been granted bail, this bail was on Monday at the trial revoked by the sitting Justice Abdulazeez Anka. 

A new bail condition was granted to Chief Olajide Ikuforiji and this must be met before his release from the Nigeria Correctional Center, where he was remanded.

In lieu of this, the counsels to the defendant have put machineries in place to meet up with the bail condition.

However, the traditional institution in Epe had cleansed itself of stains and integrity and had since relieved him of his title in the community.
