Calls For Lagos State Partnership and Support
Lashone Links Business School in partnership with the National Directorate of Employment, a Federal Government parastatal have organized a three month skill acquisition and internship programme starting from July.
The Business school, a subsidiary of Lashone Links Group of companies organizes skill acquisition programme for entrepreneurs in diverse vocations which includes: costume and make-up, Fashion Designing, Foot wears Making, Audio-Visual production and photography, beads and accessories.
The Human Resources Manager, Mr. Dare Durojaiye who expresses his delight at the partnership between the company and the National Directorate of Employment said during the three months internship programme, NDE in association with LASHONE LINKS Limited will provide the resource people to impart skills into the participants for greater future impact on the society at large.
He also said the partnership will at the end of the programme gives an opportunity to showcase the extent of knowledge imparted in participants which brings about the inclusion of a fashion show at the end of the year where participants will be privileged to showcase the skills they have acquired during the three months programme.

Lashone Group of Companies has made it imperative to involve all institutions, associations and government who have as its agenda the eradication of unemployment in the country to join in this crusade.
The Chairman, Lashone Group of Companies, Dr. Lanre Shonekan, sought the hands of Lagos state government in this laudable project through the Director of Media, Lashone Group, Hon. Bolaji Eko-Odeyale.
The programme comes to an end on Tuesday, 10 December 2013 and the graduation ceremony is slated for Saturday, 14 December 2013 at the Airport Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos.
Dr. Shonekan, in his speech, reiterated that all participants must seize this opportunity to make hay while the sun shines. It is free and special students shall be empowered, some will be absorbed by companies, partners and associates. He said that, those that would be empowered are subject to monitoring from time to time for results.
Dignitaries expected to grace the occasion on this great day includes, our Host and Special Guest of the day, Mr. Babatunde Raji Fashola, the executive governor of Lagos state, Director General of National Directorate of Employment, Abuja, NDE State Coordinator, Lagos State, Ministry of Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Lagos State; Hon. Rotimi Abiru, Deputy Whip, Lagos State House of Assembly; Lagos State House of Assembly Committee members on education and many more.
The media office of the group is bent on getting all the afore mentioned dignitaries the special invitation cards for prompt acknowledgement.
“More of this is coming up with the state, Local and Local Council Development Areas in Lagos State” says Dr Shonekan.
